Why Do They Keep Pushing & Pushing (& Pushing) Adolescence?

Adolescence is STILL a core feature of the news cycle. This is especially odd at a time when major news stories come and go in the space of a day or two. Something is clearly going on here and it's set to make things much worse for all involved.
