Grayson Highlands | A.T. Crest Trail Loop

"I wonder what's out there?" It's a question every backpacker finds themself asking now and then. It's one I found myself asking over and over during my last visit to Grayson Highlands. Tempting as it may be to follow the spur path or change course at the next junction, often times those detours are left untaken. But therein lies the beauty of "next time." This trip is all about satisfying curiosity and answering the question "I wonder what's out there?"
