Why doesn't Yah God speak plainly? / WWY #shorts S98

Those that believe in the Bible generally want to hear from Yah/God. Prayer should be 2-way communication. I'll admit sometimes hearing from Him can be tricky . . . even humorous at times. But why is this? Doesn't He want to talk to us? What does commucating with Him require?
