Stephen Harper and the Conservatives adopted UN Agenda 2030

Canada adopted Agenda 21 Sustainable Developement by Brian Mulroney and the Conservative Government in 1992. Now, Stephen Harper and the Conservatives adopted UN Agenda 2030 - a sped up version of Agenda 21, on Sept. 27 2015. All of the main stream political parties, and most of the provinces, municipalities, and cities are implementing it. Justin Trudeau is just working the plan.
