Troubleshooting the Osprey Poco LT Carrier

I recently bought the Osprey Poco LT. I was SO excited to test it out! But every time I hit the trail with it, I experienced serious discomfort. At times it was downright painful to wear! This carrier had tons of great reviews. So, why wasn't it working for me? After doing some troubleshooting, I was able to resolve the problems I was having.
