Abandoned Kitten Not Doing Well At All

Both the local animal shelter and animal vet refused to come out to pick up little Freckles. They're only 14 minutes from me by car and they refused to help!

Without transport, I have to order food and supplies. The kitten formula won't arrive for another day or two. The only thing I have is water and watered down beef broth (reduced sodium). Mostly water fed. The little fella has been drinking both fine and bowel movements have been regular. Freckles was active and trying to crawl over me not 20 minutes before this filming. He curled up on my upper chest and is now in this state.

I hope he pulls through, but expectations are not high. I'm doing everything I can.
