Lumumba's Africa. Diversity is our strength . Episode 41 | RT Documentary
Some countries, including Western nations, believe that Africa can never be a full-fledged player on the world stage because it is too divided in terms of culture, economy, and politics. However, this diversity can actually be a powerful tool in addressing the continent's problems. For example, in the southern part of Africa, you can find the Shona, Xhosa, Pedi, and Zulu peoples. Some are skilled farmers, others are herders, some are craftsmen, and others are excellent musicians. While one group may fall short in some areas, another may excel, and it is these differences that have always allowed the people of Africa to balance their strengths and develop together. At the same time, the continent is unified by certain elements, such as the Swahili language, which is spoken by over 300 million people. However, this does not mean that other languages are forgotten or endangered. In this way, Africa demonstrates that both in its unity and in diversity make it strong.
