OCP LIVE w/ Bobby Cleveland

This week April 4, 2025 at 1200 pm on OCP. Bobby Cleveland and JJ Humphrey will be discussing how that we are hearing about violence in the facilities everyday but nothing is documented. We received reports of assaults on officers at HMCC but nothing is officially reported. JJ has taken his law suit to attorneys and plans to demonstrate how Harpe has collaborated with the House of Representatives Leadership to employ numerous extreme measures for concealing gross negligence, malfeasance and criminal behavior. Today we are calling out a pattern that has become much to common. It seems evident and apparent DOC is encouraging bad and possibly criminal behavior. That’s to intentionally lie or hide the factual conditions and cover for the lack of staff. Employees are being told to falsify records such logs, medical forms, maintenance reports, training, count and roosters. In some cases reports and logs have been completely abandoned. Falsifying reports can result in criminal charges leaving the employee completely responsible. We are receiving numerous complaints about falsifying or abandoning PREA records.
