Drop In Push-Up. Live! 4/2/25

As a member of my town’s Volunteer Fire Department, I have the opportunity to participate in a fundraiser for the American Lung Association.

The fundraiser is called “Fight for Air Climb” and will take place in Hartford Ct this Saturday. Me and my team will be sprinting up 40 flights of stairs in full firefighting gear to raise money and awareness for the ALA.

Throughout this stream, I’m going to step away from the game every 2.5 minutes to do a set of push-ups. Later, if I’m feeling up to it, I’ll switch things up by doing an ab exercise every 5 minutes.
