❖ Ingredients (servings: 12-13 cookies)
100g(1/2 cup) granulated sugar
110g(1/2 cup+4/5 tbsp) light brown sugar
115g(1/2 cup) unsalted butter(melted)
1 egg
170g(1 cup+6 tbsp) all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
110g dark chocolate
60g milk chocolate

❖ Tip
1. Leave the butter and eggs at room temperature for 1 hour before use
2. If you want to use only dark chocolate chips, add 170g of them
3. You can bake for 12 minutes if you want a chewy texture, or 14 minutes if you want a crispy texture
