Update for the reason why I have been off-line..

I was informed yesterday that I was released to go back to work with no restrictions. This is just weeks after my caseworker said that she believes I should get 100% disability with full medical. I went thru an exam that included that my finger condition was not because of my neck surgery. For those that don't know I was hurt on the job 3 years ago. At first, they thought I had torn ligaments and probably ruptured a couple of rotator cuffs. Went thru surgery and went thru all the PT and got full range of motion back, but there was something still wrong. Had an Independent Medical Examination, and they found out I had cervical damage in my spine. Had surgery last June, and it totally relieved the pain in my shoulder but, within a few days of surgery I got this shocking in my shoulder. It was bad enough that it would knock me to my knees. The people that did the surgery said it was probably from the neck surgery and put me on a super steroid regiment for one week. Nothing changed. AND to top it off I developed a super itching rash feeling in my right for arm. Long story short I used a teens unit to control the constant shocking in my shoulder and now use Bio-Freeze for the constant itching. Anyway, I went to my employer, and he told me there was no way I could come back to work in my condition and said demand a medical/physical exam second opinion because I didn't have to accept this evaluation... Soooo today I demanded just that, and now it's hurry up and wait again. Thanks all for your following and support. I will try to get back on line asap. ML AlgorythemQ
