How to remove black adhesive or Tiger Seal from the body of a vehicle.

The key to this removal and cleaning process is Rubbing Alcohol. If used properly it wont damage the paint. Other methods were nail polish removal or using heating guns to remove the adhesive. this is the way that worked best for myself.
