Here ya go. Z bought interest in a PLATINUM MINE in S. Africa! Gee, imagine that! $100B (BILLION) in aid went missing or allegedly never arrived??? Yeah, that's a crock, or Joe kept it and Z is using the other $70 BILLION to do this. Nice huh??
