Sound Sanctuary

These are busy days. More busy days ahead. God willing. Much to accomplish. Pleased to be part of the living world where I am able to make a difference. At home. Homestead life requires a fit body to be able to take part in the activities. Healing the body is a journey that I am deep into as my human exploration these days. Just when I thought I was down & out & out of the picture for the duration things turn around. The prayers to find new ways to approach healing & for me to be receptive to the tasks ahead is being received year by year as I keep up my attempts to survive & find ways to reduce pain & increase energy levels that enable me to be active in the life I am loving so very much despite the challenges. I have lived so many ways, in so many places, with so many people over the years in many different countries with people of different lifestyles & cultures. What I am experiencing now in married life is the blessing I had always desired. The thing is, many people get to a certain point in life & find the body conks out. What if? What if there are ways to heal. Naturally. That is what I am seeking. Those solutions. Thank you to all the good folks out there in the world doing their part sharing what they learn along the way. The pitfalls. The breaks. The gains. The losses. So much learning is expedited via witnessing others & the self. Life.
