HIKING THE SUMMIT - Stone Mountain Loop Trail

This has to be the highlight of the weekend, the three days that Dragon, Panda and Kurt came to hang out with me. We were very excited to go #hiking on the #StoneMountain loop trail. It offers beautiful waterfalls and water scapes and the incredible summit of Stone Mountain. I don't think we were expecting to be caught in a #thunderstorm while on the very top of the mountain.

I am a bushcrafter, so, hiking hasn't been much of an activity in my recent days. My normal outing usually consists of a short walk to a specific destination to set up camp for a day or two. Hiking the summit was a challenge that I was eager to accept. Despite being soaked from the downpour, despite the pain of overworked and underconditioned legs, it was worth every second of it.
