Let's get fit from home with our free full body fitness workouts, that's like 28 days of free personal training sessions, just follow the instructions on screen. There are short breaks between sets so you have time to get your breath back and recover. It is aimed at people over 40 or in their 50's, who want to make a start getting back to fitness and live a healthy lifestyle.

Working out from home is perfect if you cannot access a gym, our programme is perfect for beginners to moderate levels of fitness.
