Housekeeping at Hotels… Doing the Best They Can

Personally, I like the fact that most hotels have maintained the COVID protocol of not having housekeeping enter your room on a daily basis.

Sure, they’re only doing it to save money, and yes, I thought Las Vegas October 1, 2017, was supposed to force rooms to be checked regularly, but come on… This is America! Live and don’t learn, that’s our motto!

Anyway, I don’t like housekeeping sniffing around my stuff, so I like them remaining outside my room.

When I leave, I actually do the best I can to straighten up.

I leave my towels in a pile on the counter (or the suitcase holder), sometimes I strip the bed and leave everything bundled up…

They’ve got a tough job, and I want to make it easier.

Sometimes, though—usually at your lower-end motels—housekeeping drops the ball.

Like this shining example of grossness…
