Reset oil light 2014 Toyota Prius C (without smart key)

Turn the key to the On position. (This vehicle has a key not a push to start button)

Press the "trip" button (0.15) until you see the odometer.

Turn the key to the off position.

Turn the key back to the on position.

(this is where it gets tricky)

When you see the screen go blue, (0.38)

press the "Trip" button (0.32) 3 times and hold down on the third press.

You will the numbers flashing on the screen counting down to to 000000 from 555555.

After that the reset is complete
