Jesus in the Tanakh

Jesus is the English name for Ιησους which comes from the Hebrew word Yeshua (ישׁוּעה) which means "salvation" and "YHWH (Jehovah) saves".

There are some people in the OT called "Yeshua", but the word is usually translated "salvation". We're going to do a study of those instances.
