Mark cartooney warn the world was too dependent on the US dollar, he argued that countries shouldn't be at the mercy of the federal reserve's decisions which impact inflation, interest rate and markets worldwide his solution, a new global currency system that reduces reliance on the US dollar a central backed digital currency that could replace the dollar in international trade.
