Obama Judge Orders Trump Admin to Return Alleged MS-13 Gang Member to the US After He Was Deported to El Salvador’s Notorious CECOT Prison

In a statement Friday evening, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt dared a federal judge to order El Salvador to return to the U.S. a deported alleged MS-13 gang member, Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was ‘mistakenly’ deported to El Salvador last month, despite a court order protecting him from being sent back to his home country, as part of Trump’s mass deportation of Tren de Aragua and MS-13 gang members to Centro de Confinamiento del Terrorismo (CECOT).

At a hearing in the U.S. District Court in Greenbelt, Maryland on Friday, Obama appointee Judge Paula Xinis ordered the Trump administration to return Abrego Garcia to the U.S. by 11:59 p.m. Monday, April 7
