Spotted orb weaver web is concentrated by the gutter XD
This was was a very large specimen. Her web is concentrated in the corner by the gutter BUT it's anchord several feet away, on the hood of a car in the driveway. So, when the car leaves she's going to find a new anchor point.
Neoscona crucifera can create orb shaped webs approximately 1- 1.5 feet in diameter,but meet at least three anchor points to stabilize it. And are capable of creating such lines over 6 feet from the central point of the web! How cool is that?!
