Surah Al Qariah is the 101 chapter of the Holy Quran. The meaning of the title is “The Calamity”. It was revealed in Mecca. It has 11 verses and 1 ruku. Surah Al Qariah is located in juz’ 30. This surah is about the calamity and striking disaster that occur on the day of judgment. So those whose scale is heavy with good deeds will be in the life of bliss and those whose scale is light so their home will be abyss of scorching fire. Who recites surah Al Qariah Allah will make his scale of good deeds heavy.
