Returning to Night City as cyber-enhanced mercenary V, you'll embark on a high-stakes mission of espionage as you attempt to save Myers -- former CEO of Militech and current NUS President -- who has crash-landed in the dangerous district of Dogtown while traveling on the Space Force One. Ruled by a trigger-happy militia, Dogtown will test your limits as you'll be forced to forge alliances within a web of shattered loyalties and sinister political machinations.

In this playthrough we cover:

Lucretia My Reflection (continued): V tracks down Solomon Reed in his apartment, and after a tense conversation, convinces him to help Myers. They regroup at the hideout to plan their next steps. Though distrust lingers between Reed and Myers due to past betrayals, the three align to stop the forces behind the attack on the spaceport.

Gig: Dogtown Saints: V is tasked with rescuing a pair of medics, Aaron and Lucy, who are trapped in Dogtown. Navigating through hostile territory, V locates the medics, ensures their safety, and escorts them out of the danger zone. The mission concludes with the medics expressing their gratitude and V receiving a reward for the successful extraction.​

Every Breath You Take: V is contacted by Blue Moon, a member of the pop group Us Cracks, who believes she's being stalked. V investigates by tailing the suspected stalker, ultimately confronting and neutralizing the threat. Blue Moon thanks V for the assistance, ensuring her safety from the obsessed fan.​

Gig: Treating Symptoms: Mr. Hands hires V to eliminate Milko Alexis, a netrunner conducting dangerous experiments in Dogtown. V infiltrates the Voodoo Boys' base, battles through enemies and drones, and confronts Alexis, who is connected to a network of robots. After a fierce fight, V neutralizes Alexis and secures valuable cyberware as a reward.​

Gig: Waiting For Dodger: V is assigned to extract NCPD officers Bill and Charles from a precinct overrun by Barghest forces. After meeting with Stella, who provides an access card, V infiltrates the precinct, locates the officers, and assists them in escaping. The mission culminates in a confrontation with the gang leader, Dodger, whom V must defeat to ensure the officers' safe extraction.​

Gig: Two Wrongs Makes Us Right: Mr. Hands tasks V with stealing a van loaded with medical stimulants from the Animals gang in Pacifica. V can choose to infiltrate the gang's base stealthily or engage in direct combat. After securing the van, V delivers it to the designated location, completing the gig and earning a reward.​

Gig: Prototype In The Scraper: V is hired to retrieve a prototype implant and its schematics from a scavenger-infested skyscraper in Dogtown. After battling through numerous enemies and navigating the building's complex layout, V locates the prototype installed in a prisoner, Hanson's, head, but he can lead you to the schematics, in another room. Successfully escaping, V decides to handoff Hanson and the schematics to the client, completing the mission and receiving compensation.
