Cottingham Melody (nascent)

This recording was uploaded to my main website on April 5, 2025. I did write out some sheet music for it but although the notes on the stave are of the correct pitch, they may not be of the correct length. I fished this out only earlier this year. It was recorded at 7 Cottingham Road in 1986; the voice of the elderly woman belongs to Mrs Jefferies. I say elderly, but I’m nearly as old now as she was then. It was good to hear her voice again after more than a quarter of a century. I believe this is the only such recording. Obviously, this needs a lot more work done on it, but alas, that will never come about, at least not in my lifetime.
