When people perceive a problem with a laptop they immediately throw out the baby with the bath water and take out a six month same as cash loan and pay off the laptop and move on. Some can afford it and some cannot. In the case of this laptop it was purchased from an amazon reseller. It has an I7 mobile processor under the hood and 16 gig of ram and it came with a 512 gig nvme ssd.

The owner doesn't care about mind numbing speed and just wants to turn it on, look at her home banking and play on facebook. This computer may run the next version of windows that is slated to roll out but it wouldn't run nice even though it has an I7 under the hood.

This laptop can support two four terabyte ssd's and 32 gig of ram. Owner just wanted one terabyte.
