Most Illegal Scuba Diving Find EVER!! Whoever Did This Should Be In Prison!! I went scuba diving and we found something highly illegal while scuba diving and you wont believe what it was. When ever we find something very illegal while scuba diving like this we call the police and get the cops involved while scuba diving but we didn't fill there was much the police could really do but who ever did thing needs to stop.
