How the Establishment intends to infiltrate and spy on the people who 'elected' them...

It makes no difference anymore whether left or right, Republican v Democrat, Labour v Conservative, CDU v SPD, Congress v BJP etc.... Most, if not all political entities around the world have been captured by a very very powerful elite and extremely wealthy group of vested interests against the public interest ie the ordinary man on the street...
The 0.01% of the world's population is just under a million people who have more power and control than the rest of the world combined. Yet, they remain hidden and invisible, yet are able to operate behind the scenes within the confines of the DeepState who while able to infiltrate, assimilate indoctrinate and eventually annihilate populations at will, face flashes of occasional resistance. Some leaders do pop up and refuse to sign on to the DeepState's dotted line that don't have our best interests at heart.
Every US President who refused to accept colonial control ended up dead.
This could be a turning point, but the forces of control have enough power and influence to inflict enough damage without most people actually realising who, how, when or why certain events around them happen.
