City of San Antonio have implemented a new program called " Menstrual Equity Programs"

The City of San Antonio, Tx in conjunction with the public library and Tx Diaper Banks have implemented a new program called " Menstrual Equity Programs" also known as the "Poverty Period Program"
Starting November 1, 2024 every public library over30 locations will have a menstrual tampon and pad dispensing machine including in the men's bathrooms. the product is free of charge BUT we the taxpayers foot the bil.
I went to the flagship library in downtown SA to demand answers to this insane program aimed to confuse biological sex class and it's public safety issue.
We do not want biological males in female bathrooms and or biological woman in men's bathroom.
