Chinese Interference in Canadian Election: Are They Trying to Get Mark Carney Elected?

There is now proof that China is interfering with the Canadian election. Yet the task force would have us believe that it isn’t going to affect the outcome. Reporters say all the attempts at interference are geared towards promoting Mark Carney, yet the task force says the Chinese Government have balanced their interference with positive and negative stories about Carney. Does that make sense to anyone?
