Bearing the burden of un-forgiving can have significant detrimental health effects. It is not worth it. You not forgiving may or may not affect the other person but it certainly affects you negatively. The technique I teach here is called Dynamic Consciousness Re-Patterning (DCR) and works well by itself or when working on other methods of forgiving. DCR can be used in almost any situation where your emotions are not what you would like them to be. It works best if performed repeatedly. Afterall not forgiving is a habit that can be hard to break.
What makes DCR so powerful is the combination of acupuncture and affirmations to better internalize the affirmation.
