In my part of the State of Arizona, we have A LOT of these doves that are thriving... a little too well.

The Eurasian collared dove (Streptopelia decaocto) is an invasive species of dove that has spread across North America. They are native to Asia, Europe, and Northern Africa. The Eurasian Collared-Dove's spread across Arizona follows its 20-year colonization of the United States.
