Meet Jose- He is 48 and has been homeless since 2007 (18) Years. He got on "G" since the young age of 15 and says it's been a revolving door since. He now has arthritis in his spine, nerve damage and other ailments which he is now no longer able to work as he is in so much pain, finally got on ACCESS Insurance to work with the DR's to get in disability.
