Sometimes It Doesn't Pay To Get Into Road Rage Arguments

It seems that a cyclist was driving to close a vehicle operator or the other way around.
Either way, the driver of the car was too emotional for common sense sake and decided to show off his bully skills. I haven't seen anyone this angry in a long time so when I saw this go down, I had to share and ask the question, who's in the wrong.

Should the cyclist have kept going without baiting the driver or was it the driver's fault for acting like an out of control bully who got the short end of the stick?
