NEXRAD WSR-88Ds - A MAJOR part of Climate Engineering (lawmakers proposing upgrade as well)

The NEXRAD Doppler radar network installation is a major contributor for controlling the weather. This is not an often enough discussed subject, so it is time I cover it here. NEXRAD Radar networks are a huge synergistic toxicity contributor to any living organisms’ health . . . far above and beyond WiFi, Cell Phones, Smart Meters, and even Airport Radars as well.
