The ceasefire between Israel and Hamas didn’t “break”—it expired on March 1, and while Israel sought an extension, Hamas stalled and refused.

On top of this, during the ceasefire, Hamas violated agreements, staged propaganda victories, and used the time to regroup for further violence, showing no genuine interest in peace. Their refusal to release hostages underscores their strategy of using human lives as bargaining chips.

Meanwhile, much of the media has ignored these facts, perpetuating a narrative that blames Israel while overlooking Hamas’ role in prolonging the conflict and the suffering of hostages still trapped in Gaza.
