Chasing Emissaries in Angmar's Shadows - LOTRO - The Mariner

Last time, Marcellene was sent to aid the rangers of Gath Forthnír against the looming threat of Angmar. While assisting them, she encountered an emissary, Fotath, carrying a missive to Angmar. Suspecting more emissaries are out there, Marcellene ventures back into enemy territory to track them down and uncover who’s conspiring with the enemy.
