Biotech founder Ben Lamm explained how Chinese scientists cloned embryos and then modified them so that the babies became immune to HIV.

Lamm said there's a growing debate about whether these same babies were also genetically enhanced to increase their intelligence. The science is still unclear, but he warned that the intent is very real.

He referred to BGI (Beijing Genomics Institute), a Chinese genetics company, which he said used the COVID-19 pandemic as an opportunity to collect DNA worldwide.

According to Lamm, BGI offered free COVID tests to countries around the world - not just as a humanitarian gesture, but to collect genetic data from entire populations.

He claimed that the BGI had openly stated that its goal was to sequence as much of the world's population as possible in search of genes linked to intelligence - and to act on what they find.
