It appears the Supreme Court's 5-4 decision to back President Trump's deportation of illegally-entered Venezuelan gang members under the Alien Enemies Act. There is, however, a caveat: these same non-citizen criminals must have due process as offered American citizens. The Constitution protects American citizens not foreign illegally-entered criminals.
