Maia has learned a dreadful truth. As part of the surrender agreement, she is to be carried off to Atlantis; a slave, a world away from her home. In learning this truth, she does something precipitous. Will she come to her senses before it is too late? Or will she compound one error with another?

This is a story that I started writing about 20 years ago. I got 4 chapters written and set it aside so I could research sailing...and never really took it up again. This was primarily recorded as filler material, but if there is enough interest, then I may consider taking the story up again. Please let me know what you thought.
