Leviticus 8

The ordination of Aaron and his sons as the first priests to YHWH for the people of Israel. They were washed, sanctified, and ordained as God had told them to back in Exodus 29. We're that much closer to the fulfillment of "I will be their God and they will be my people".

How can we be obedient this week? How can we be thankful for the redemptive work of Christ on the cross that makes us acceptable to be in union with God again?
