Establishing Jurisdiction Mr. Officer

LEGAL FOCKERY begins with establishing JURISDICTION. All of it.

No facts matter until and unless JURISDICTION has been established as LAWFUL, not STATUTORY.

Many people on TikTok try to stand as sovereign without knowing they are in the contract in which the state PERCEIVES you KNOWINGLY WAIVED YOUR RIGHTS, and you simply ACQUIESCED to their JURISDICTION.

I have to laugh!
Your rights are INALIENABLE.
Trickery does not remove them.

But they have LEGAL FOCKERY trapping and tricking you into their system of fiction...

Scaring you into complying!
All they have is your fear!

So what is your REMEDY?

A suit AT COMMON LAW.

I have one now in Federal Court.
