Evidence of descheduling: I have personal relationships with ex employees of Trulieve with knowledge of illegal activities that they conduct, including being contacted by the DOH beforehand so they know what the inspection is for so they can hide pesticides or fix whatever other problem to make sure that this company passes because they pay government entities to look the other way to conduct their illegal activities, including bringing plants across state lines during a time when it is not allowed. They move into areas and throw their weight and money around until they are the only company every single brand you see is just a subsidy of the big corporations. Paying off labs to lie about potency, presence of mold, and heavy metals. I have personally sent a message to the DOH detailing a lot of this activity with no response and nothing being done. Not to mention the nepotism and bullying that goes on to the employees that work at this place corporate cannabis must stop. I have many more examples.
