Quick and Easy Vegan Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Made with a few simple ingredients, this vegan chocolate mouse is a quick and easy treat when you're craving something a little sweet.

Ingredients
1 cup of softened cashews
2 tbsp of vegan cocoa powder
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1/2 cup of melted vegan chocolate
1/2 cup of light coconut milk
Optional
Raspberries for garnish

Directions
1. Add cashews, cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted vegan chocolate and coconut milk to a blender. Puree until smooth.

2. Pour mousse into a container. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

3. When ready to serve, garnish with raspberries and enjoy!
