McKoon is deflecting blame to the state and nominating committees, which he controls, through ally Katie Frost. He was misleading about Pierce and Kremer’s submissions, claiming they missed a resume.
Salleigh Grubbs’ endorsement by Colton Moore was rescinded after he learned of the exclusions, while John Fredericks offered her support.
