Don't Fear the Chalker

Caden Line stalked and tried to intimidate the Jones family over some bologna charges with no evidence. He kidnapped Kathriene and tried to coerce a confession and retaliated for exercise of rights, but it didn't work. The charge was later dismissed with good cause by motion of the prosecutor for lack of evidence and for interest of justice. Robert did what he could within the law and used first amendment rights to get this creep to leave his daughter alone. Caden again retaliated for that, and others in the government are seizing this opportunity to use terrorism to shut down neighborhood protests, because they have proven to be effective in getting government perpetrators to stop their abuse.
