Our wine feature today is a Red blend, one of my favorites-what about you? We are joined by Chuck Gillentine, owner of Defiance Ridge Vineyards in Defance, MO. We will educate you the blend and taste and talk about pairings and also update you on exciting things to come with the winery. The red blend is from the red hills in Washington state. This is a true Bordeaux blend and a little different in percentages, normally a Bordeaux blend is mostly cab or merlot.
