Coming from being a police officer for 10 years, people have no clue what their rights are. I left law enforcement after realizing all statutes and policies are under a fraudulent U.S. Corporation and we were doing nothing but violating people’s god given rights. 99% of so called “statutes, policies, and ordinances” are unconstitutional. Especially victimless crimes! The government cannot be a victim! That is fraud!

example. “ land air and sea “. Birth certificate “ sea “ YOUR NAME, Is your GOVERMENT. ISSUED NUMBERS. blaw. Blaw. Yup. So. Caps are not you and lower case is you. It’s a big play on words and how it’s said and what. “ IS” is really is…. Think on that one

I had to study redemption in depth for a couple years and you can find all of this information under the uniform commercial code article 1 section 308. The all caps spelling of your name is in fact what’s known as a legal fiction and is in fact a fictional legal entity created as a go between by corporate entities to make contracts under their administrative authority and jurisdiction because a living person is not a corporate entity and a living person is not owned or controlled by anyone other than him/ herself. A US citizen is the same as an employee and in fact is defined in the UCC as an employee of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION and that is how people become domiciled to the District of Columbia and under their corporate administrative authority ( what everyone calls laws). I would highly recommend digging in to the uniform commercial code article 1 section 308 redemption and starting there and the sub sections that you go down will blow your mind and turn everything you thought you knew as law completely on its head.
