Netflix Series "The Leopard:" An overall comment on the book

Giuseppi Tomasi Di Lampedusa novel "The Leopard" (1958). Published 2 years after the author's death. Film made in 1963 with Burt Lancaster, Alain Delon and Claudia Cardinale, now a Neflix series being currently shown. I have not seen the series. I'm relying here on remembering the novel. A further video will be done, more specific, hopefully, upon re-reading of the novel.
