The Israeli military has said that an initial investigation into the killing of 15 aid workers in Gaza showed that the incident occurred ‘due to a sense of threat.’

The IDF says a preliminary inquiry found that six of those killed were ‘Hamas’ but they are yet to provide any evidence of this.

Palestine Red Crescent Society is calling for an independent international investigation, calling the deadly incident ‘a full-fledged war crime.’

More than 400 aid workers in Gaza have been killed since October 7th 2023.
